We share a cooperating relationship with all real estate offices within our community. This means that we can show you properties that are listed with any brokers in our area. We will be glad to work with unlisted "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) transactions also. Most builders require that we be with you on your first visit! Call us before you look at a new home and we will meet you there. Do not register (sign in) unless one of us is with you! Remember that the Stoffer/Zeh Team represents you as Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR®).

Working Hours: We are generally available 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Saturdays are generally spent showing homes. Our evenings are generally spent presenting contracts or accepting new listings. Sundays are normally spent in church and with our family. Our Closing Coordinator is routinely in the office 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday to assist.
